2. The brand assets you are allowed to use are those that are displayed in your business account. You should always display, spell, and capitalize your brand assets exactly as they appear in your business account and on our Brand Hub.
3. You may not use or register, in whole or in part, our brand assets, including trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or modifications thereof owned by Fxpopsan, as or part company name, trade name, product, or service name. name without our prior permission.
4. You may not use other variations of our Brand Assets for any purpose or use our Brand Assets or any other symbol, logo, or graphic that belongs to Fxpopan in any offensive way.
5. You also agree not to use any of our brand assets, including trademarks, graphic symbols/logos, or icons owned by Fxpopsan, in any manner that may imply endorsement, Trustpilot’s affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of a third-party product or service.
6. We may revoke the right to use the Brand Assets at any time. We expressly reserve the right to refuse to endorse any content that we consider to be inappropriate for the Fxpopsan brand.
